個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)：
申請(qǐng)人姓名：拼寫方式和書寫形式應(yīng)始終保持一致、相同；標(biāo)明姓氏；與護(hù)照、戶口簿上的姓名相同一致。
出生日期：按擬去國的歷法習(xí)慣順序排列。如：MM/DD/YY OR DD/MM/YY
通訊地址：能保證你能及時(shí)收到來信的準(zhǔn)確地址。能將自己通訊地址的中文標(biāo)簽寄給對(duì)方使用為最好。
公民身份和簽發(fā)護(hù)照的國家：CHINESE、P. R. CHINA
受教育近況：
1）所學(xué)專業(yè)及學(xué)歷

工作情況：目前工作單位及所從事的專業(yè)工作。
留學(xué)計(jì)劃：盡可能簡單扼要地說明你想學(xué)習(xí)的課程及打算開始學(xué)習(xí)的日期.如擬攻讀研究生課程的應(yīng)該簡單扼要地說明自己感興趣的研究領(lǐng)域或第二志愿研究領(lǐng)域。
經(jīng)費(fèi)來源：說明自己的'留學(xué)資金來源或數(shù)額。如擬向?qū)Ψ綄W(xué)校提出獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)，應(yīng)明確表明并索取有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資料和申請(qǐng)表格。
外語水平：告之對(duì)方你的外語水平情況，如IELTS、TOEFL、GRE、GMAT等成績包括考試日期、考號(hào)等。

除了學(xué)習(xí)成績和外語水平以外，推薦信是國外學(xué)校了解學(xué)生的重要依據(jù)之一，在研究生課程中尤其如此。國外高等院校不僅注意申請(qǐng)人的考試成績，也很注意申請(qǐng)人在學(xué)習(xí)和專業(yè)工作中反映出來的多方面的特點(diǎn)，這在很大程度上要依賴于推薦信。
推薦信要盡量避免使用那些對(duì)人人都適用的評(píng)語，而應(yīng)力求反映一個(gè)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)。例如，在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域中遇到難題時(shí)的意志和動(dòng)力、創(chuàng)新精神和求知欲、對(duì)新事物的反應(yīng)能力、對(duì)陌生事物或環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力、人際溝通與處理人際關(guān)系的能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能、事業(yè)心與責(zé)任感、課堂講授還或科研工作中表現(xiàn)出來的特長或弱點(diǎn)，等等。
*學(xué)生當(dāng)然只可能具備其中某一些優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
*應(yīng)舉例說明，如，曾經(jīng)獲得的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、發(fā)表過的論文、參加過的重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，以及在學(xué)生組織或教學(xué)組織中的任職，等等。
在推薦信中要注意的其它事項(xiàng)是：
**推薦人應(yīng)該對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)或?qū)I(yè)工作情況比較熟悉；
**實(shí)事求是，既要不夸張其辭，也不要低估學(xué)生的能力；
**不要用套話，但介紹學(xué)生的情況要具體、詳細(xì)，不要寫得過于簡單；
**學(xué)生在教學(xué)活動(dòng)以外的其它表現(xiàn)和成就，可以作簡略的介紹，這也可以從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)。
您永遠(yuǎn)不可能有第二次機(jī)會(huì)給人留下第一印象。您的申請(qǐng)材料就是院校對(duì)您產(chǎn)生的“第一印象”，它將提供證明您值得錄取的機(jī)會(huì)，并表明您已經(jīng)具備了足夠的學(xué)識(shí)基礎(chǔ)以攻讀所申請(qǐng)修讀的課程。
