隨著公司的不斷發(fā)展，我個人的能力也在不斷的提升和進步。這段日子里，我對公司及公司的同事們產(chǎn)生了深厚的感情,同事們給予了我很多幫助。對領導給我的關心照料一直充滿感激，我也一直很努力的做好自己的本職工作，希望在以后的日子里我能和公司共同發(fā)展。
作為一名員工，我很喜歡自己公司，更熱愛自己的工作。出于本人辦事的執(zhí)著，對工作認認真真、堅持原則，縱然工作中不斷有棘手的問題出現(xiàn)，也能在我積極的應對中，把它完成的很好。愿付出更多的精力投身于工作，在集體中發(fā)揮自己力量，多為公司效力。
然而，現(xiàn)實的社會生活是實實在在的'，個人的發(fā)展要以滿足基本生活需要為依托，而且我相信，只要付出，就會有收獲，因此我向您提出加薪請求，以求獲得基本的生活保障，無后顧之憂的盡心盡力工作，希望領導對我的申請能夠加以重視。
如果公司領導認為我現(xiàn)在的工作內(nèi)容及質(zhì)量還未能達到加薪的要求，我誠懇的希望您能提出寶貴意見或建議，讓我今后有一個努力的方向和目標，在提升自己能力的同時將工作做的更好，向更高的目標邁進。

The Application of Payroll Dear sir: I had a great process of upgrading my personal capacity and progress, as our company continues to develop. I got a lot of help from my company and colleagues, it makes me to have a deep feelings over the past days. I will do my best on my duty, just for grateful to our leaders’ s care and I must be have a wonderful career with the development of our company.
As a staff, I really like our company, but also love my job. If I have some difficult problems in the work, I will have been a positive attitude for solving it, because my character, that is sticking to principles and working seriously. I will to pay more energy to participate in work for the company.
However, the personal development isn’t without of the basic needs of living, as the real world is full of reality. But I believe that I will be always to return for my working hard. Therefore, I give you my raise request, just for the basic living security, if it be done and I will have no worry about it. I just hope that leadership will be concerned my application. If the leadership of the company believe that I just have no eligible to request, I sincerely hope that the leaders could give me the your valuable opinions and suggestions, for I will have a direction and goals, doing a better job, upgrading myself, forward to a higher goal.
