　　1、判斷是不是個(gè)人書信&事務(wù)公函

　　決定：

　　語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達(dá)，不用縮略語(對(duì)公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(dá)(對(duì)私)

　　非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

　　呼語： 特定的寫信對(duì)象：Dear XX

　　不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam， or To Whom It May Concern

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待，

　　It is with great pleasure that I recommend to you Zhang Jian， an outstanding graduate majoring in Business Administration.

　　I have been in charge of Mr. Zhang‘s class since they were freshmen， so I know his well. He is courteous， sincere and hardworking. He took several courses in computer science， which strengthened his administration ability. And his excellent communication ability and a good command of English add a lot to his managerial skills.
