大學(xué)英語面試問題及回答
在面試過程中，應(yīng)聘者對面試官所提出問題的回答，往往是決定此應(yīng)聘者去留的重要依據(jù)。如果你真的“老老實(shí)實(shí)”地應(yīng)對面試官的發(fā)問，而忽略了面試的規(guī)律和回答問題的思維方式，恐怕會(huì)直接影響你在面試官心中留下的印象。以下是小編幫大家整理的大學(xué)英語面試問題及回答，供大家參考借鑒。
大學(xué)英語面試問題及回答
對外企的英文面試應(yīng)該按照以下步驟來進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備：
(1)預(yù)測問題。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不但能幫助你克服聽力困難，而且能緩解你在面試時(shí)候的緊張情緒。想象一下，如果總是Pardon, Excuse me，你怎么可能鎮(zhèn)定自若?
(2)書寫答案。英語8級(jí)的牛人也會(huì)在英文面試時(shí)出現(xiàn)邏輯不清的情況，因?yàn)榱骼途袟l絕對不是同義詞。筆者的親身體會(huì)是，越是英語流利的牛人，越容易在面試的時(shí)候廢話連篇，邏輯混亂。
(3)背誦答案。背誦三遍以內(nèi)是結(jié)巴，背誦十遍以內(nèi)是流利的背誦，而背誦二三十遍以上就不再是背誦，而是滔滔不絕的自由表達(dá)!
(4)若有所思。面試的時(shí)候，在流利做答之前，別忘了做思索狀，再加上個(gè)well，let me see……
衡量一個(gè)回答是否精彩，只有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：這個(gè)回答中，體現(xiàn)了申請人的什么特征?這些特征是優(yōu)點(diǎn)還是缺點(diǎn)?如果是優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是否剛好適合所申請職位的優(yōu)點(diǎn)?
一、Personal Information關(guān)于個(gè)人信息的問題
1.What’s the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含義么?
問題分析：有些申請人的英文名字不合常規(guī)，比如叫King，或者Sushi，或者M(jìn)onk等等。面試官詢問這些申請人名字的含義，主要有幾個(gè)目的：第一，緩解面試的緊張氣氛；第二，面試官也有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)好奇心;第三，給申請人一個(gè)展示自己獨(dú)特個(gè)性的機(jī)會(huì)，因?yàn)楦矣诮o自己起獨(dú)特名字的人往往具有很獨(dú)特的個(gè)性，這些人希望引起別人的注意。
普通回答：Actually, Sushi is my nickname. My friends gave me this name because I like to eat the Japanese food sushi.

回答示范1：As a matter of fact, Sushi is a nickname my friends gave me, because I like sushi and like to make sushi. I can make about ten different kinds of sushi! My friends say that my personality is a bit like sushi, simple but good, hehe.
點(diǎn)評(píng)1：與剛才的回答相比，這個(gè)回答體現(xiàn)出你是個(gè)什么樣的人呢?一個(gè)擅長制作壽司的女孩子一定是動(dòng)手能力比較強(qiáng)的，而且喜歡做一些瑣碎小事的人。同時(shí)，把壽司的優(yōu)點(diǎn)引申成自己的個(gè)性優(yōu)點(diǎn)：簡單而美好，真是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的比喻。
回答示范2：The name King may sound a bit aggressive, I hope it won’t make you feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, I chose the name King simply because it sounds like my Chinese name Jing. But, there is also a hidden meaning in it, that is, I wish to conquer diseases like a King!

2.What’s the meaning of your email address? 你的電子郵件地址有什么寓意么?
問題分析：當(dāng)代青年男女個(gè)性張揚(yáng)，所以連email地址也頗為獨(dú)特。令筆者或迷惑或微笑的email 地址有很多，比如neverlazy, bighead, lazyfish, 52n52n, yulovehong等等。與上一個(gè)問題一樣，善于交流的面試官往往樂于給你一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)展示自己的個(gè)性。
較差回答：Lazyfish? Oh, I admire the goldfish for living an easy life. Compared to goldfish, human beings live a fast-paced life. So I chose this email address to make me feel a bit relaxed.
點(diǎn)評(píng)：個(gè)性傾向于過慵懶的生活，唉!
較差回答：52n52n? oh, it means “I love you, I love you,” because 5 sounds like “I” in Chinese, and 2 for “l(fā)ove”, n for “you”. I registered this address to please my girlfriend, hehe.
點(diǎn)評(píng)：公開示愛?嘖嘖，除了他的女朋友會(huì)覺得甜蜜蜜，別的人一律會(huì)露出特虛偽的笑容或胃里泛酸。唉!
回答示范：Neverlazy? Oh, I want to encourage myself never to be lazy! You know I am a hardworking person. So, it’s my slogan!
點(diǎn)評(píng)：在email地址中都要給自己勵(lì)志的女子，一定是個(gè)超級(jí)工作狂，好呀! (這名女子如愿進(jìn)入了寶潔公司的CBD部門。)
3.Where are you from? Where is your hometown? 你是哪里人?家鄉(xiāng)在什么地方?
問題分析：很多老外在中國工作居住多年，甚至自詡為中國通，他們可能會(huì)順便問問你是哪里人，拉近和你的距離。
回答示范1：I was born and raised in the city of Wuhan. As far as I know, our company has a branch office near Hanzheng Street, and it’s quite a big office.
點(diǎn)評(píng)1：這個(gè)回答說出了該公司在武漢的地址，展示了一下自己提前所做的功課。
回答示范2：Well, my hometown is a small town which you probably have never heard of. The name of the town is Dehui, which means “good moral” in Chinese. The town is located in the middle of China’s Northeast. When you look at the map, it looks like the eye of the rooster. You know, China looks like a rooster on the map, and the Northeast region looks just like the head of the rooster. My hometown “Good Moral Town” is unknown to most people because it’s quite poor. The average income for a family is less than one thousand RMB per month.

二、Education 關(guān)于教育背景的問題
4.Why did you select your major area of study? 你為什么選擇了這個(gè)專業(yè)?
問題分析：外國面試官更喜歡提“為什么”的問題，他希望申請人是一個(gè)有主見的人。
回答示范1：I was quite good at mathematics and physics back in high school so I chose a related major, Telecommunications. I also applied for the major of computer science. You know, these two majors are the hottest these years.

回答示范2：As a matter of fact, I didn’t select the major of Geography Education at all, because I have never wanted to be a teacher. 回答示范3：I selected Business English as I was quite good at English back in high school. Apart from this, my high school teachers recommended that I select a major related to business, since I showed some good qualities for business management at a young age. So, I chose this major, business plus English, two in one, hehe.

5.What subjects were your favorite? Why? 你最喜歡的課程是什么，為什么?
問題分析：與中國面試官一樣，對于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，外國面試官經(jīng)常問問有關(guān)學(xué)業(yè)方面的問題。面試官喜歡的申請人，是對自己專業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析得頭頭是道的人。

1. What is important to you in a job?
Mention specific rewards other than a paycheck for example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.
2. Why do you want to work for this organization?
Cite its reputation, the opportunities it offers, and the working conditions. Stress that you want to work for this organization, not just any organization.
3. Why should we employ you?
Point to your academic preparation, job skills, and enthusiasm about working for the firm. Mention your performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your ability to learn and to become productive quickly. If the job involves management responsibilities, refer to past activities as proof of your ability to get along with others and to work as part of a team.
4. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?
Answer by saying along these lines: "As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities."
5. Can we offer you a career path?
Reply: "I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me about it?" The answer may be revealing.
6. What are your greatest strengths?
Give a response like one of the following: "I can see what needs to be done and do it", "Im wiling to make decisions", "I work well with others," "I can organize my time efficiently."
7. What are you greatest weakness?
Identify one or two, such as the following:" I tend to drive myself toohard", " I expect others to perform beyond their capacities", " I like to see a job done quickly, and Im critical if it isnt." Note these weaknesses could also be regarded as desirable qualities. The trick with this question is to describe a weakness so that it could also be considered a virtue.
8. What didnt you like about previous jobs youve held?
Discuss the things you didnt like, but avoid making slighting reference to any of your former employers.
9. How do you spend your leisure time?
Mention a cross section of interests-active and quiet, social and solitary -- rather just one.
10. Are there any weaknesses in your education or experience?
Take stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them in a positive light. Youll find that they are minor when discussed along with all the positive things you have to offer.
11. Where do you want to be five years from now?
Saying that youd like to be president is unrealistic, yet few employers want people who are content to sit still. You might say, "in five years, Id like to have my bosss job. " If you cant qualify for your bosss job by then, you may not be the fright candidate.
