英語(yǔ)求職信的寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng)
在寫(xiě)英文求職信時(shí)要注意求職信中的一些語(yǔ)句的表達(dá)。
現(xiàn)在讓我們來(lái)比較一下下面的三個(gè)句子在語(yǔ)氣上有何不同：
A、 I am not only competent to install a filing system that will fulfill the needs of your corporation,but also well qualified to operate it efficiently.(我自信不僅可以設(shè)置一套能滿足貴公司需求的檔案分類系統(tǒng)，而且可以有效地進(jìn)行操作。)
在此句中使用了not only……but also，competent 和well qualified 等詞語(yǔ)，表現(xiàn)得太自信，有夜郎自大之嫌，故不可取。
B、I think that I should probably make a good accountant for your factory.(我想我可能成為貴廠的一名好會(huì)計(jì)員)。
此句中的'情態(tài)動(dòng)詞should和副詞probably 所表達(dá)的語(yǔ)氣都欠肯定，而make(成為)一詞也缺乏自信，整句話顯得語(yǔ)氣太弱，有自卑感，因此亦不可取。
C、I am confident that my experience and references will show you that I can fulfil the particular requirements of your secretarial position (我相信我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和證明人可以向您表明，我能夠符合貴單位秘書(shū)一職的特定需要。)
此句中的confident 一詞語(yǔ)氣肯定，給人一種自信感，而will show 和I can 也無(wú)自大之嫌，因而此句用得恰到好處，有特殊風(fēng)格。
