面試考核測(cè)評(píng)十二點(diǎn)注意事項(xiàng)
從理論上講,面試可以測(cè)評(píng)應(yīng)試者任何素質(zhì),但由于人員甄選方法都有其長(zhǎng)處和短處,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短綜合運(yùn)用,則事半功倍,否則就很可能事倍功半。因此,在人員甄選實(shí)踐中,我們并不是以面試去測(cè)評(píng)一個(gè)人的所有素質(zhì),而是有選擇地用面試去測(cè)評(píng)它最能測(cè)評(píng)的內(nèi)容。
面試測(cè)評(píng)的主要內(nèi)容如下:
1、儀表風(fēng)度
這是指應(yīng)試者的體型、外貌、氣色、衣著舉止、精神狀態(tài)等。像國(guó)家公務(wù)員、教師、公關(guān)人員、企業(yè)經(jīng)理人員等職位,對(duì)儀表風(fēng)度的要求較高。研究表明,儀表端莊、衣著整潔、舉止文明的人,一般做事有規(guī)律、注意自我約束、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
2、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)
了解應(yīng)試者掌握專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的深度和廣度,其專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)筆試補(bǔ)充。面試對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問(wèn)題也更接近空缺崗位對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的需求。
3、工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)
一般根據(jù)查閱應(yīng)試者的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷或求職登記表,作些相關(guān)的提問(wèn)。查詢應(yīng)試者有關(guān)背景及過(guò)去工作的情況,以補(bǔ)充、證實(shí)其所具有的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)工作經(jīng)歷與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的了解,還可以考察應(yīng)試者的責(zé)任感、主動(dòng)性、思維力、口頭表達(dá)能力及遇事的理智狀況等。
4、口頭表達(dá)能力
面試中應(yīng)試者是否能夠?qū)⒆约旱乃枷、觀點(diǎn)、意見(jiàn)或建議順暢地用語(yǔ)言表達(dá)出來(lái)?疾斓木唧w內(nèi)容包括:表達(dá)的邏輯性、準(zhǔn)確性、感染力、音質(zhì)、音色、音量、音調(diào)等。
5、綜合分析能力
面試中,應(yīng)試者是否能對(duì)主考官所提出的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析抓住本質(zhì),并且說(shuō)理透徹、分析全面、條理清晰。
6、反應(yīng)能力與應(yīng)變能力
主要看應(yīng)試者對(duì)主考官所得的問(wèn)題理解是否準(zhǔn)確,回答的迅速性、準(zhǔn)確性等。對(duì)于突發(fā)問(wèn)題的反應(yīng)是否機(jī)智敏捷、回答恰當(dāng)。對(duì)于意外事情的處理是否得當(dāng)、妥當(dāng)?shù)取?/p>
7、人際交往能力
在面試中,通過(guò)詢問(wèn)應(yīng)試者經(jīng)常參與哪些社團(tuán)活動(dòng),喜歡同哪種類(lèi)型的人打交道,在各種社交場(chǎng)合所扮演的角色,可以了解應(yīng)試者的人際交往傾向和與人相處的.技巧。
8、自我控制能力與情緒穩(wěn)定性
自我控制能力對(duì)于國(guó)家公務(wù)員及許多其他類(lèi)型的工作人員(如企業(yè)的管理人員)顯得尤為重要。一方面,在遇到上級(jí)批評(píng)指責(zé)、工作有壓力或是個(gè)人利益受到?jīng)_擊時(shí),能夠克制、容忍、理智地對(duì)待,不致因情緒波動(dòng)而影響工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韌勁。
9、工作態(tài)度
一是了解應(yīng)試者對(duì)過(guò)去學(xué)習(xí)、工作的態(tài)度;二是了解其對(duì)現(xiàn)報(bào)考職位的態(tài)度。在過(guò)去學(xué)習(xí)或工作中態(tài)度不認(rèn)真,做什么、做好做壞者無(wú)所謂的人,在新的工作崗位也很難說(shuō)能勤勤懇懇、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。
10、上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心
上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心強(qiáng)烈的人,一般都確立有事業(yè)上的奮斗目標(biāo),并為之而積極努力。表現(xiàn)在努力把現(xiàn)有工作做好,且不安于現(xiàn)狀,工作中常有創(chuàng)新。上進(jìn)心不強(qiáng)的人,一般都是安于現(xiàn)狀,無(wú)所事事,不求有功,但求無(wú)過(guò),對(duì)什么事都不熱心。
11、求職動(dòng)機(jī)
了解應(yīng)試者為何希望來(lái)本單位工作,對(duì)哪類(lèi)工作最感興趣,在工作中追求什么,判斷本單位所能提供的職位或工作條件等能否滿足其工作要求和期望。
12、業(yè)余興趣與愛(ài)好
應(yīng)試者休閑時(shí)愛(ài)從事哪些運(yùn)動(dòng),喜歡閱讀哪些書(shū)籍,喜歡什么樣的電視節(jié)目,有什么樣的嗜好等,可以了解一個(gè)人的興趣與愛(ài)好,這對(duì)錄用后的工作安排常有好處。
