英文求職信的寫作秘笈盤點
在外企求職的過程當中，一封出色的求職信是必不可少的。而撰寫一封得體的求職信可能是你在準備應聘的過程中遇到的最棘手的問題。在求職的過程中，只有能體現(xiàn)個人才智的求職信，才能幫助你順利地謀求到一份理想的工作。你需要仔細考慮你所寫的求職信的目的，及其所可能產生的影響。信件要引起讀者的興趣，要反映出你的目的，要符合特定的環(huán)境要求。
求職信切忌空洞，求職信的內容要全面具體，同時又必須是相互關聯(lián)的一個整體，這樣的求職信才能真正對你的事業(yè)起到推動的作用。一封理想的求職信應該注意如下的幾點：
一、語言表達要簡潔明了，避免使用太多的專業(yè)術語和過分復雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會在一份簡歷上花費太多的時間;另外一個方面，簡潔的語言表述也能體現(xiàn)出你珍惜他人的時間。
二、在求職信的第一個段落當中應該明確地告訴對方你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱，例如Your advertisement for (職位名稱)a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱)the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助于對方了解招聘信息的有效傳播途徑。

四、重視開頭、結尾。在求職信的結尾，我們通常要提及關于希望得到面試的事情。因此，結尾一樣要引起重視。在表達自己的這樣的意愿的時候，切忌軟弱、羞怯的表達方式，例如：If you think I can fill the position after you have read my letter, I shall be glad to talk with you。
五、表現(xiàn)個人特色。求職的信件要具個人特色、親切且能體現(xiàn)出專業(yè)水平。切不可過于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式——商業(yè)信函應該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。句子結構和長度應富于變化，使閱信人總保持興趣。內容、語氣、用詞的選擇和對希望的表達要積極，應該充分顯示出你是一個樂觀、有責任心、有創(chuàng)造力和通情達理的人。
