淺論良好歌唱心理的培養(yǎng)

摘   要

心理學(xué)中講到，人的任何活動(dòng)都是在心理調(diào)節(jié)下進(jìn)行的，心理活動(dòng)直接關(guān)系到人的實(shí)踐能力，因此心理狀態(tài)對(duì)歌唱整個(gè)過程中起著重要作用。歌唱的心理很復(fù)雜，分為積極良好的心理狀態(tài)和消極不良的心理狀態(tài)兩種，良好的歌唱心理能使歌唱者發(fā)揮本身的力量演唱出水平，而不良的歌唱心理會(huì)影響歌唱者演唱。本文試圖通過借鑒心理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，從歌唱者和聲樂教師兩個(gè)角度來講述如何培養(yǎng)良好的歌唱心理。并介紹兩種有效的心理訓(xùn)練方法：暗示法和放松訓(xùn)練。

ABSTRACT

Psychology, above, any activity that is in the psychological conditioning of the psychological activities directly related to the practical ability of the mental singing plays an important role in the whole process. And the introduction of two effective psychological training methods : that law and relaxed training.
