新時(shí)期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作的挑戰(zhàn)和對策
摘要：做好新時(shí)期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作，不僅關(guān)系到職工隊(duì)伍的***穩(wěn)定與企業(yè)發(fā)展，而且關(guān)系到社會(huì)的***穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文分析了當(dāng)前國有企業(yè)思想政治工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，并從加強(qiáng)國有企業(yè)思想政治工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新思想政治工作等方面提出了對策。關(guān)鍵詞：國有企業(yè)思想政治工作挑戰(zhàn)對策
Abstract:Completes the new time state?owned enterprise thought political work,not only relates the staff troop the harmony to stabilize with the enterprise develops,moreover relates the society the harmony stable and the social economy development.This article has analyzed the challenge which the current state?owned enterprise thought political work faces,and constructed,aspects and so on innovation thought political work from the enhancement state?owned enterprise thought political work troop proposed the countermeasure.
