產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及其背景下的企業(yè)行為研究
摘 要：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群表現(xiàn)出的獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象引起了許多經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家濃厚的興趣，紛紛提出了自己的理論和見解，但對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群狀態(tài)下企業(yè)的行為進(jìn)行分析的文獻(xiàn)并不多見。當(dāng)前文獻(xiàn)分析了集群具備的各種優(yōu)勢(shì)，然而集群內(nèi)的優(yōu)勢(shì)通過何種途徑轉(zhuǎn)化為企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)？這種轉(zhuǎn)化具體的是什么樣的企業(yè)行為呢？本文試圖對(duì)眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的理論進(jìn)行提煉，對(duì)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)具備的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)企業(yè)的行為進(jìn)行研究，以回答上述兩個(gè)問題。

Under industrial clusters advantage and its background enterprise behavior research
Abstract: The industrial clusters displays the unique economic phenomena has aroused many economists strong interests, advanced own theory and the opinion in abundance, but enterprises behavior carries on the analysis to the industrial colony condition under the literature certainly not to see. The current literature has analyzed each kind of superiority which the colony has, but in colony’s superiority transforms through what way as enterprises competitive advantage? What this kind of transformation is concrete is what type enterprise behavior? This article attempts to the multitudinous industrial colonys theory to carry on the refinement, the enterprise has the competitive advantage to the colony in to carry on the analysis, conducts the research in this foundation to enterprise’s behavior.
